PENANG BUTTERFLY FARM

Penang Butterfly Farm is a must-see tourist attractions, particularly for those with children. Penang Butterfly Farm in Teluk Bahang is about 5km from the Hard Rock Hotel Penang. Here you can take a closer look nearly 4,000 butterflies from 120 species.



In addition you can also see a variety of insects and reptiles here.
Penang Butterfly Farm is open from Monday to Sunday including public holidays from 9 am to 6 pm (last time in is at 5 pm). Ticket price charged is RM18 for adults and RM10 MyKad holder for MyKid holder. Ticket prices do not have the MyKad or MyKid is RM27 (adult) and RM15 (children 4-12 years).  Georgetown UNESCO World Heritage Site, Penang

Incomplete holiday to Penang if not visit to Georgetown, the area has been listed as one of the world heritage site by UNESCO. Georgetown is rich with many historic buildings as a result of British rule in Penang since the late 18th Century.

For those who want to buy souvenirs from Penang may call at Chowrasta Market. Here you can get various types of citrus, nutmeg and salt fish to take home to your house.

KEK LOK SI
Kek Lok Si Temple, located in Ayer Itam, Penang, is the largest Buddhist temple in Southeast Asia. The most famous temple in Penang, Kek Lok Si pagoda houses a seven-story, bronze statue of Kuan Yin, a large space for assembly and prayer, statue of Buddha.
